We provide warranty for our products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. These products can be repaired or exchanged only on the condition of manufacturing defects, defects in material and workmanship. To avail these services clients have to present a reasonable evidence like a completed warranty card or purchase receipt. Products accounted to damage due to normal wear and tear like carbon brushes, ball bearings or improper handling are not includes in warranty. Clients cannot claim for warranty in case of repairs made by persons other than RODAK service staff. No compensation is offered in case of the damage of the product or injury to the user of the tool.
